This was a rare foray for me into wild birds. A friend of mine took a beautiful photograph of this robin prior to her having to go into hospital for surgery.

I thought it would be a nice present for her to have a drawing of her beautiful photograph and it provided me with great practice.

I loved drawing this robin and the range of colours that I noticed within its wings and body were incredible.
